AT&T Store Commercial Facade Restoration
Severe storefront water leaks traced to a failed beam — replaced, re-waterproofed, and re-stuccoed leak-free.
What we did
We removed the existing stucco for a detailed inspection, uncovering significant water penetration at the beam above the glass aluminum storefront frame. We replaced the damaged beam, installed a new water barrier, and applied fresh stucco over the corrected assembly.
Where it stands
A durable, leak-free facade — the failure was corrected at its source rather than resurfaced, protecting the structure for years to come.
