Leaking Brick Facade Waterproofing
A leaking brick facade sealed and restored with layered waterproofing — saving the owner from costly full demolition.
What we did
A thorough inspection confirmed the structure was free of dry rot, which meant the original brick could be preserved. We applied multiple waterproofing layers over the facade, then finished with a final color coat to seal and unify the surface.
Where it stands
The facade was effectively sealed and its durability restored — at a fraction of the cost of demolition. The brick the owner wanted to keep is still there, and the water stays out.
