What was wrong
Invasive vines had penetrated cracks in the stucco and compromised the water barrier beneath. Left alone, the damage would have spread; quoted conventionally, it meant full stucco removal.
Vine-damaged stucco reinforced with a two-coat fiberglass crack-inhibitor system — no tear-off required.

Instead of a tear-off, we applied a two-coat fiberglass crack-inhibitor system across the affected walls, reinforcing the surface and stopping further crack propagation, then finished with a fresh colored texture coat.
The home’s exterior was restored to a durable, visually unified condition — the surface reinforced against future cracking, and the owner spared the cost and disruption of full removal.
The diagnosis comes first — then a correction scoped to what’s actually failing.
