Commercial & Residential Stucco Services
From a single patch to a full facade — big or small, we handle it all.
Some contractors only chase big commercial jobs; others only do houses. Fogg Construction has always done both — the live site’s banner says it plainly: specialized in stucco and plaster for both residential and commercial needs. Big or small, we handle it all, including expert patching and repairs.
On the commercial side, our recent work includes the AT&T store facade restoration — severe water leaks traced to a beam above the storefront, corrected with a new beam, water barrier, and fresh stucco — and Northgate Mall, where we framed and stuccoed a new structural steel beam to match the surrounding beams so precisely that the addition disappears into the structure.
Residentially, we work on everything from leak-driven repairs and window patching to whole-facade transformations like the siding-to-stucco conversion that gave an aging home a modern, durable exterior. The common thread is craftsmanship scaled to the project — same standards, any size.

From the field
Questions homeowners and designers ask
Do you take small jobs?
Yes — "big or small, we handle it all" has been our line for years, and we mean it. Small patches done right prevent large repairs later, and they’re how many of our long-term clients first found us.
What kinds of commercial properties do you work on?
Recent commercial work includes a retail storefront facade restoration (AT&T) and structural beam finishing at Northgate Mall. We’re experienced with the coordination, scheduling, and site requirements commercial projects demand.
Can you convert my home’s siding to stucco?
Yes. A siding-to-stucco conversion involves removing the original siding, installing a reinforced water barrier and lath, and applying custom-colored stucco — we’ve completed exactly this transformation, delivering a modern, weather-resistant facade.
Which areas do you serve?
San Francisco, Marin County, Sonoma County, and Alameda. We’re based in Petaluma and work throughout the North Bay and greater Bay Area.
Are you licensed and insured for both commercial and residential work?
Yes — CSLB License #844981 with B (General Building) and C35 (Lathing & Plastering) classifications, licensed and insured, with workers’ compensation coverage for our crews.
