The challenge
Severe water leaks were compromising the building’s structure, and the source wasn’t visible from the surface. The repair had to be right — a retail storefront can’t keep closing for the same leak.
Our approach
We removed the existing stucco for a detailed inspection, uncovering significant water penetration at the beam above the glass aluminum storefront frame. We replaced the damaged beam, installed a new water barrier, and applied fresh stucco over the corrected assembly.
The result
A durable, leak-free facade — the failure was corrected at its source rather than resurfaced, protecting the structure for years to come.
